My Migration Story

Hello, my name is Ching. I came to New Zealand when I was two years old on June 2013 with my Mum. I had to leave Hong Kong. Me and My Mum had to come to New Zealand because my Mum needed to become a citizen of New Zealand. Me and my Mum settled into Auckland because my grandparents were living here in Auckland with Fai. Auckland was very different from Hong Kong because here in Auckland it is really quiet because there are less cars, buses and people on the streets. It is not decorated with beautiful lights and there aren't many wet markets. The biggest thing I miss in Hong Kong is most of my family members that are over in Hong Kong. I also miss the delicious food that I get to eat in Hong Kong.
